Are there some diets out there that are so simple that all you have to do is read a simple article and go and do it? Yes! This series will look at three of those. This first one is called: the Cabbage Soup Diet.
Eat cabbage soup for breakfast, lunch, and dinner each day for seven days! (There is more!)
With each meal, along with the cabbage soup, eat:
On one day: all the fruits you want, except bananas.
Another day: Any of the low calorie vegetables. Baked potato is allowed with dinner.
Another day: Bananas and skim milk.
Some other day: Beef (350 – 500 grams) and some tomatoes
Different day: Fruits and vegetables
The next day: Brown Rice, Veggies and fresh fruit
The last day: Veggies and Beef
The beautiful part about this diet is that whenever you feel you need to have something to eat, have a bowl of Cabbage soup! This is low cal, so do not attempt to mess it up with anything fattening. It is only for seven days!
